Prefab, UL-listed chimneys are making inroads in commercial and industrial construction – a trend toward factory-welded, fire-rated, 3”-clearance venting vs. structures welded on-site, which require much greater clearance from combustibles.
System Concept:

Each model differs in the amount of space and insulation used between the shell and the liner. This combination of space and insulation determines the inner and outer shell temperatures and dictates the clearance to combustibles. eVENTTM - for high-efficiency boilers; a superior modular system that conserves material, space and installation cost.
MODEL PA – the industry’s highest quality general-purpose, double-wall vent; ideal for most grease duct applications.
MODEL P1 – 1” insulation and, as with all other models, the fewest connections in the industry.
MODEL P2 – lowest clearance to combustibles in industry (starting at 1/2”), increasing usable square footage.
MODEL P2A – the benefits of 2” insulation plus 1” air gap. (similar results to 4” insulated products, but lower cost/space requirements.
MODEL P4 – provides benefits of 4” insulation, easy installation.
MODEL SW (single wall) – cost-effective method for re-lining masonry stacks
