Prefab, UL-listed chimneys are making inroads in commercial and industrial construction – a trend toward factory-welded, fire-rated, 3”-clearance venting vs. structures welded on-site, which require much greater clearance from combustibles.
System Concept:

Each model differs in the amount of space and insulation used between the shell and the liner. This combination of space and insulation determines the inner and outer shell temperatures and dictates the clearance to combustibles.
