Model SW (single wall)

MODEL SW single wall stainless steel exhaust is a cost-effective method for relining masonry stacks. It is manufactured with the same attention to detail as our double wall chimneys. The UL 1978-listed product is used for venting appliances that require a positive, neutral or negative draft exhaust system.

Construction

• Available in even diameters from 5" to 48"; odd and even from 49" to 60".
  • 5" through 36" diameters: 20 gauge stainless steel
  • 38" through 48" diameters: 18 gauge stainless steel
  • 49" through 60" diameters: 16 gauge stainless steel
• Type 304 and Type 316 stainless steel, AL 29-4C
• Continuously welded seams

Installation

• 1/2" wide rolled flanges on mating ends and silicone sealant increase pressure rating, eliminate condensate leakage
• "V" band connections, no special tools needed
• No field welding required
• Wide variety of fittings
