Because boilers are essential to comfortably heated workplaces, hospitals and recreation sites - or providing energy for running manufacturing - all aspects of their assembly are critical to efficient operation. And that includes a safe and reliable chimney/exhaust system.

Check out these prefabricated, UL-listed models. They are designed to provide dimensional accuracy, low installation costs, low clearance to combustibles and fast turnaround for both conventional and high-efficiency ("condensing") boilers.

For non-condensing Category I and II appliances use Schebler UL 103-Listed products:
MODEL PA - highest-quality general purpose vent
MODEL P1 - 1" insulation
MODEL P2 - 2" insulation
MODEL P2A -- 2" insulation plus air gap
MODEL P4 - 4" insulation

For high-efficiency, condensation-prone Category II and IV appliances, use Schebler UL 1738-Listed, corrosion-resistant, 24 and 20 gauge AL 29-4C^® stainless steel products:

eVENTplus™ - heavier-gauge construction
eVENTplus2™ - 2" of insulation added

Schebler can design the appropriate, dimensionally accurate system starting with pressure drop calculations. System will be designed per NFPA 211.
